So impressed with On CloudFlyer Waterproof 2.0 running shoes.

On Running are not your regular running shoes. They are very lightweight, considering that they are waterproof; usually waterproof shoes are considered heavy.

They are definitely good looking stylish shoes, which is very important for many women runners. Though women and men version look identical.

I ran in those shoes on snowy and rocky trails, on dirt, wet pavement and concrete bike path. I loved the traction, how they felt on the snow and how they handled icy parts, though definitely it is better to wear snow/ice spikes.

My feet felt very warm, dry, and snow didn't get into my shoes on 28F run in the beginning and 50F at the end of run.

I’ve been told by some running specialty professionals that waterproof shoes are not worth buying, because they don’t breath and snow gets in it will stay wet inside. I didn’t have those issues even on wet and deep snow areas. Even in warmer days my feet don't sweat in On CloudFlyer Waterproof 2.0.

They feel pretty stable, not too flexible (I have to have not flexible sole, to prevent excessive pressure on my big toe). Certain Garmin watches when wore with chest heart rate monitor provide group contact balance time. The most intersection fact, that only in those shoes my balance is close to 50%-50%

Even though pronation type of the shoes is made with stability, for flexible arches that collapse inward, and I don’t have that issue, On Running uses different technology for adding stability, so even people with neutral pronation can wear them. That can make a shoe a bit heavier, but I didn't noticed that.

Another use case of those shoes for me was a hike on flat trail with lots of snow. Loved how they kept my feet warm, dry and comfortable.

Incredibly happy about investing in On CloudFlyer Waterproof 2.0. Definitely worth trying.

P.S. If you want to start running or improve your current fitness level or running time, I would be happy to provide my running coaching services.
