When things go right, it is easy to stay positive. But what to do when the things are not going great? How to stay positive and clear with your vision?


Here are several tips on how to feel better and stay focused:


Meditation. It will help you to become more calm, restore inner balance and stay centered emotionally.

Journaling. Start your morning with writing down everything that you have and you grateful for. It will remind you how many good things are in your life and how good to continue having them. If you don’t appreciate what you have, why should you get more? Write down your dreams, goals and plans. Be honest with yourself and write everything you want. Everyday repetition of that action clears your mind and creates vision. Your imagination improves and you start feeling better, even excited.
