HOW TO REACH YOUR GOAL?
Oftentimes we have to many goals that we want to achieve. What happens when we are focused on so many goals at once? We are getting distracted. So in order to improve your chances in making your goal happen we need to direct your lens in proper direction and eliminate all the distractions.
Step 1. Define the goal, one thing that you want to reach the most.
Make a list of 10 things you want to achieve. From those 10 choose 3 the most important ones. Then from those 3 pick only one goal that you want to achieve the most. Thats your priority goal that you will be focused on.
Step 2. Define what actions are needed to reach that goal.
Brainstorm and write down everything that comes to mind. Pick one thing from all the ideas that you could commit on doing .
Step 3. What actions can you do monthly?
Think of one measurable thing that you can do in order to reach your goal and to be able to track the progress monthly.
Step 4. What actions can you do weekly and daily.
Think of one thing that can help you accomplish you your monthly goal. Again, it has to be measurable in order to be able to track your progress.
Step 5. Schedule your your 1 thing action daily.
Define only 1 thing that you can do in order to reach your weekly goal. Block time in your calendar/planner for that action and consistently do just 1 little thing that eventually will get you closer to your 1 big goal. That should be certain amount of time everyday that you will dedicate to that action.
As Geoff Woods says,
"Until my #1 Priority is done everything else is distraction"
